Welcome to www.everythingformals.com, a website owned by Everything Formals Model Management, LLC. We are hosted by Bigcommerce which provides Agency with an online ecommerce platform that allows Agency to promote Talent online.
Agency website at www.everythingformals.com is dedicated to providing Talent the best possible opportunity to be booked for prom, bridal, and apparel related jobs, while protecting their privacy. This Privacy Policy gives Talent the information they need about how and why Agency collects personal information and how it is expected to be used. Collection of Personal Information:
In order to provide Talent with the best possible service and to process Talent Long Form Talent Agreements, Model Agreements, and other documentation for booking purposes, Agency must collect Talent names, addresses, social media accounts, measurements, images/likeness and telephone numbers.
We also ask Talent to voluntarily provide their email address to send emails about potential booking opportunities, company updates and general followup. Agency also uses email to confirm Talent bookings and contact Talent if there are any problems related to a booking.
If Talent needs to change contact information or want to delete it, contact Agency Management at agency@everythingformals.com. Talent may also write to us via regular mail at Everything Formals Model Management, LLC, 16053 SE 100th LN, Ocklawaha, FL 32179.
How Agency Uses Talent Information:
By utilizing our website, Talent provides Agency with information to further their booking opportunities with our Clients through the website. Agency does not give to third parties or sell Talent information, but may provide information as needed to Clients related to a booking as well as our payroll processing company for purposes of paying Talent for services rendered.
We will keep on file the personal information Talent provides to Agency for as long as Talent is active with Agency. Talent can cancel their contract at any time. Agency will retain the information as long as legally required or until any legal disputes are resolved.
Disclosure of Personal Information:
We only disclose Talent information when it is required by law, or when we believe Talent have violated our Terms of Service and disclosure is required pursuant to the legal process. We do not trade, rent or sell Talent information to any third parties.
If we ask for personal information for any other reasons, for example for marketing, we will either expressly ask Talent for their consent or give Talent an opportunity to say no.

Business Transitions:
Businesses sometimes go through transitions, such as merging with another company or being acquired by another company. If that happens, Talents personally identifiable information and any contracts between Talent and Agency that are securely stored by Agency are considered a business asset that belongs to Agency and will be assigned to the new partner or owner. If that happens, Agency will provide a prominent notification on our website informing Talent of the change in ownership or change in control of Talent personal information. The notice will be displayed continuously for 30 days.
Testimonials:
If Talent chooses to post comments or testimonials on our website, any visitor to our website will have access to the information Talent posts there. We are not responsible if Talent chooses to submit information that is personally identifiable. In addition, we may use any comments or testimonials Talent posts at our discretion without prior notice and will not provide compensation for any such use.
We Use Cookies:

We use a third-party service that uses cookies in a way that does not personally identify Talent, but allows us to formulate statistics as to volume and usage of our website. In order to comply with the law and any legal proceeding, or to protect the rights of Agency, Agency will disclose Talent personally identifiable information. This would be done only to comply with a court order or other legal process that requires such disclosure.
