Bailey Staff, from Detroit, Michigan, is the reigning Miss Michigan for America Strong and a Top 6 national finalist at Miss for America Strong 2024. A former Miss Michigan Collegiate America, she has nearly a decade of modeling experience, walking runways nationwide and appearing in magazines. She holds a B.Sc. in Communications, has 13 years of dance experience, and is a first-degree black belt in Taekwondo. As CEO of Bailey Jane Coaching, she empowers women through modeling, pageantry, and public speaking. She also serves as a Producer for the CDA Fashion Week nonprofit.
